Shipping Policy



The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances, I will ship out orders within 1-3 business days. Personalized orders I’m typically able to ship out within 3-7 business days. 




I’m based out of Kansas City, Missouri, and ship primarily through USPS. However, I shop for the best pricing for my retail and wholesale orders. Once you’ve successfully placed an order with us, you will be sent an order confirmation email to the email provided during checkout. After your order has finished processing and ships, you’ll receive an additional email with tracking information on your order. If you’ve provided a phone number, you may also receive SMS updates regarding your order.


Shipping price is calculated at checkout and orders over $99 ship free Domestically in the United States. 


General shipping time varies by courier, but the estimated shipping times are below after processing.


United States: 2 - 7 Business Days


International: 3 - 10 Business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the post office scans the package, I have no control over how long the box will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 


However, I always want to make sure you receive the order you paid for, so please contact me at if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.


We offer local delivery and pick-up options for customers in the Kansas City Area. When checking out, if your address is eligible for local delivery, the option will appear at check out for a $5 USD flat fee.


Local pick-ups will be coordinated with the pop-ups we are scheduled to attend and can be picked up at our booth. Schedule options will appear during checkout if available. 


If you’d like your order shipped with tracking instead, please choose the “shipping” option during checkout.


Purchases made outside of the United States may incur customs and import taxes. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, and we cannot offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges.
