Refunds & Exchanges
Each item is inspected before shipping for quality. The handcrafted items may appear different from the product pictures since each piece is unique and may have unique imperfections. Used products and burnt candles can not be returned or refunded. However, If your item is damaged during shipping, we can refund or exchange the item for you. To process the exchange or refund, we will need photographic proof of damage to the item submitted to our email Kierra@UrbanNomadco.com within seven days of delivery.
If you're unhappy with your product, please reach out to our support email Kierra@UrbanNomadco.com so we can troubleshoot and mediate any issues you may have.
We offer exchanges on unused/unaltered products within 14 days of purchase. You may exchange your item for an item of equal value. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and shipping of exchanged items.
