This Custom formulated Coconut Soy Wax candle is hand-poured in Kansas City, MO. It’s non-toxic, clean-burning, and compliments any room. Each concrete vessel is handcrafted making each one a unique piece of art for your home. Combining concrete and wax is wonderful artistry that I enjoy sharing with my clients and am humbled to see it embraced in their homes. The scent profiles I’ve selected for the candles in this line are custom blended to evoke a sense of home, adventure, allure, and wanderlust. I use premium wooden wicks in this collection adding to the sensory experience around my candles aiding in the warmth and intoxication of these candles. After burning the candle the vessel can easily be washed out with soap and water then you can continue to use this vessel in your daily home decor as a planter, paperweight, centerpiece, votive holder, or even adding a refill to continue the candle experience. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please email customer service at Kierra@UrbanNomadCo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping & Processing Time
PROCESSING TIME:
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances, I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days. For personalized orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days.
SHIPPING TIMES:
North America: 5-7 business days after 48-72 hour processing time.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Although the candle is in a concrete container, be sure to use a candle holder so that it does not leave traces of grease or condensation on the table or other surfaces. Do not light the candle in drafts and within easy reach of children and pets. Keep the candle away from flammable objects. It is recommended to burn the candle on a flat heat-resistant surface. Never burn this candle for more than 4 hours. Do not allow flame to touch the container. When burning a candle for the first time, let it burn until the whole surface has melted. This will avoid the formation of a narrow tunnel and prolong the burning time of the candle. Make sure the wick is upright and in the center of the candle. Always trim the wick up to 1/4 in. before lighting to avoid smoke and damage to the container. The container may become hot during use. It is recommended to extinguish the candle until only 5mm of wax remains at the bottom of the container. It is recommended to put a concrete candle on the coaster. Coconut Soy wax is a natural product and as a result of changes in temperature, cracks may appear in the wax when transporting the product!!!
